Port forwarding

Hi I am running windows xp, a billion 7402vgp router/modem.

I have gone through the setup 5 times now and still it says that the post is not forwarded and there is a yellow triangle at the bottom of the page.

I can download and upload.

The only difference I can see in the setup is, i have a Bipac- 7402vgp modem and the one in the instructions for the port forwarding is a Bipac-7402vgo, would this make any difference and if so does anyone have the settings.
