jewelisheaven
What does the Logger tab say when you start uT? Is the settings.dat in the same folder as utorrent.exe? In that case you stick the .bmp files there

Ultima
Folder of utorrent.exe doesn't normally correspond to %appdata%\uTorrent for most users. If you see your utorrent.exe folder, and there is no settings.dat file in there, then visit Start > Run > %appdata%\uTorrent and place the image/icon files in there. jewelisheaven
There's TWO places uT runs the settings.dat from. One is %APPDATA%\uTorrent, and the other is the local directory.AFAIK, local directory supercedes %APPDATA%, so you need to make sure it's the RIGHT local directory.start -> run -> cmd THEN cd\ then dir/s utorrent.exe ... should pop up all instances of utorrent. BTW this presumes you run utorrent.exe... if you renamed it, or that process name ISN'T showing up under Task Manager then replace that spelling. You should find settings.dat in any directory with utorrent.exe, and stick the BMPs in there.HMM, a silly question, but are you re-starting uT to see the skin changes? Because the skin is initialized on startup and only then.
