Hm. If you don't mind, could you grab another Process Explorer log, this time taking this into account:

For the Process Explorer log please be sure to enable DLL mode before saving. The following process will do that: open procexp.exe, Ctrl-L, Ctrl-D, click utorrent.exe, Ctrl-A. And you just copy-paste those logfiles into a post below

Additionally, if there are crash dumps in the utorrent.exe executable and/or the Start > Run > %appdata%\uTorrent directory, can you upload them somewhere (like savefile.com or savefile.com) and post the links here?
