i'm uploading the same file on 2 different site with 2 different torrent

but i'm loading the file on utorrent on the same tracker with 2 different tracker URL

is it normal that after uploading the file to someone on 1 site i get credit for the upload on both site??

If you have both trackers in the torrent.. as separate tiers (if you go properties on the torrent they are on separate lines) then yes, when you announce to the tracker your client tells it the total data. In order to have the torrent show only data transferred for those peers you need to make the torrent files different (create new torrent, or make their INFOHASH different).
