windows firewall

hi is utorrent known to conflict with windows firewall in any way? bitcomet works fine with it so id just like to veryify that utorrent does aswell

As long as you set up an exception for it in the firewall.

Your ISP may be blocking ports. Are you using the same ports as you did on bitcomet? Try something in the 10,000 range and see if performance increases.
