Is this because I don't have an ISP that has 'as fast as you can go' connection? ie, my isp limits my speed.I still get dl at 30kb/s which is quicker than I am used to, but is 'download limited' because of settings in utorrent or somewhere else? Switeck Posted February 23, 2008 Report Share Posted February 23, 2008 You can ignore the download limited message if you need/want to limit upload speed max to 1-5 KB/sec...especially if you'd never get 6x as much download speed anyway, such as on dial-up.
