EVERYTHING you've tried so far, including ANYTHING listed above

Color of the network status light in µTorrent's status bar (at the bottom of the µTorrent main window)

What the port checker from the Speed Guide writes

What the Speed Guide shows my settings to be:

Connection type: Curent settings

Upload slots: 14

Connections:2329

Connections (global):1890

Max active torrents:60

Max active downloads:63

What you have net.max_halfopen set to (Preferences > Advanced in µTorrent)

Operating system: Windows XP

Security software installed: AVG

Connection type: Broadband

I keep getting this message in the log:

*IP ADRESS* : Disconnect: Peer error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Your settings make no sense.

Global connections should NEVER be less than connections per torrent.

Max active torrents should NEVER be less than Max active downloads.

Not that I can tell for certain about your settings...but worthy of mention too:

Upload slots times Max active torrents should NEVER be more than max upload speed.

Try running Speed Guide (CTRL+G) in uTorrent and choosing the upload settings that closest matches the max upload bandwidth for your connection.
