No connection could be made because the target machine.....help!

Help! I get the message no connection could be made beacuse the target machine actively refused it... Anyone know how to fix this?

Does the problem persist with torrents from http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/

No it seems that i can download from that site

Then the problem is with the specific torrents you're trying to download. Try different torrents from different sites.

If your IP is in a range which is filtered by some Firewalls then it also may not download...

But yea I go with DWK idea lol
