Is there a way to see on the utorrent screen if it is being used by anyone else or can i shut it down after say an hour or two? I am a new and uneducated user to torrenting...but so far i like it! So much thanx my friend! I hope I am helping now! I will keep it open until I see that! What if I leave it open and it still has nothing for several days? Can I just close it anyhow? Ultima Posted February 27, 2008 Report Share Posted February 27, 2008 It would be nice if you could keep it running, but if you have other things to do, I guess it's okay to remove -- assuming there are no peers left in the swarm. The better choice would be to leave the torrent in the list, but simply stop it (so that you can finish the upload in the future, should the need arise).
