Daveyboy
Hi, Im sorry for asking a question that to most of you must seem simple,,,but, most of the time, utorrent is great, but it has a tendancy with me to lose its place. What I mean is, I can be downloading a few things, then I have to restart my pc due to not being able to get on the net (this has only happened since I started with utorrent). When windows resumes and I open up utorrent,,the files I was downloading are gone, the screen shows no downloads, yet all of the pieces of the files are still in my folders! I have tried dragging them into utorrent so they can resume,,but no good......Please, can you experienced utorrent guys show me how simple this is to resolve? And any tips on why this is stopping my normal internet connection would be gratefully recieved. Yes I am using peerG.Thanks.Dave.
DreadWingKnight
http://utorrent.com/migration_guide.phpYour torrent files are in %appdata%\utorrentMake sure to let uTorrent shut down gracefully.PeerGuardian has been suspected of blocking that.ZoneAlarm is notorious for blocking that.
