Yellow triangle in Utorrent. Slow Download speed? Help

i am receiving slow download speed in utorrent. i need help.

i am a newb to utorrent. never used it.

i have yellow triangle in bottom of utorrent.

i don't know what kind of info you need, but whatever you ask i can tell you.

i read that forum already, i don't understand how to change my yellow triangle into a green traingle.

Look up your router make/model on Portforward.com then follow the Setup Guide (Guides page link #3)... Afterwards test with OpenOffice Torrents to see whether the peers register through the opened port.

i am not exactly sure how to change that stuff in the router although.

i am using a valuepoint router, i am not sure right now which model, but in the portforwarding software, there is no valuepoint option.

so i cannot do anything with that software.
