uTorrent Scheduler style SFTP Client

Hi guys,

I wondered if any of you know of any SFTP clients that has have a similar transfer limiter like the scheduler in uTorrent?

I need a client that can transfer files at certain times of the day and pause the transfers if it goes over the allotted time... just like uTorrent does for downloading/uploading.
