download very slow 0.1 - 2.5

Green light

no wirefall

use openoffice

I use LAN 2mb/s download 256kb/s upload

if I was using 1.7.6 everything was ok, but after I install 1.7.7 download

are really slow.

I tried just about EVERYTHING.

If the problem happened after your upgrade, REMOVE and RE-MAKE all custom rules for your firewall packet filter internet monitor or security suite.

I do that, but still nofting, then I install bitcomet and bitTorrent but still same broblem.
