I was wondering if someone could use their expertise in see what is causing the conflict on my computer. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Im new to utorrent and heard its a good program so i dont want to give up on it. Cheers

Sadly nothing jumps out, however you may try stopping these logitech processes while running uT to see if the problem goes away.

Additionally it is possible however unlikely that your SMAgent for your audio driver is the culprit... Looking along the same tack however it may be also iTunes is mangling with permissions as it's trying to index your downloads before they're finished.... As you can see from Access Denied c/o FAQ nothing obviously stands out so it's up to trial-and-error. Anything you notice will only help you... such as if it seems to happen after a certain amount of time running, or at a certain time of day/week/hour, or if it only happens with videos OR music OR EXEs OpenOffice is a great test for a non multimedia file

I tried turning off the logitec program in the lower right hand corner as well as itunes through windows task manager and the end process button. Still no go..
