jewelisheaven
Sadly nothing jumps out, however you may try stopping these logitech processes while running uT to see if the problem goes away.O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [LVCOMSX] C:\WINDOWS\system32\LVCOMSX.EXEO4 - HKLM\..\Run: [LogitechVideoRepair] C:\Program Files\Logitech\Video\ISStart.exeO4 - HKLM\..\Run: [LogitechVideoTray] C:\Program Files\Logitech\Video\LogiTray.exeAdditionally it is possible however unlikely that your SMAgent for your audio driver is the culprit... Looking along the same tack however it may be also iTunes is mangling with permissions as it's trying to index your downloads before they're finished.... As you can see from Access Denied c/o FAQ nothing obviously stands out so it's up to trial-and-error. Anything you notice will only help you... such as if it seems to happen after a certain amount of time running, or at a certain time of day/week/hour, or if it only happens with videos OR music OR EXEs OpenOffice is a great test for a non multimedia file
