logcabinorchard
Using Utorrent 1.7.7 have never exceeded 75 kb/s - recently not exceeding 10 kb/s with any regularity - I have never had a green circle normally triangular exclamation. OS is Windows Vista with windows firewall. Using Avast anti virus and xplornet isp with no modem. My download speed is 1026 kbps and upload is around 300 kbps. I'm using port 63500 encryption is enabled and UPnP and NAT_PMP are disabled. Connection type is at 192 k. HELP please!
Ultima
xx/256k is probably a better setting for you.http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/index.htmlHow fast does a torrent from here run? What ISP are you using?
jewelisheaven
You won't get > 100... and 75 is well within the range expected of bittorrent vs HTTP traffic. You may pump a few more KiBps by disabling extra features (How-To link below post#2) and reduce active torrent load. As it is if you're trying to go beyond the xx/256 settings in the Speed Guide you're already stressing your connection and should consider yourself lucky you hit
