OriginalCopy
Hi. I'm attempting to increase my share ratio (up to 200%, I suppose ut shows it as 2.000), so whily 50% of the download is done, I'm setting the download speed limit to minimal, say 5 kb/s. The problem is, when I do that, the upload limit also goes down from unlimited to 10-20kb/s then it increases slowly back up (that's fine, but it's a strange behaviour I think).Anyway, I'd like uT to "start" downloading again when the wanted ratio has been reached. How to do that? Thanks.
Ultima
Well, you can always make µTorrent switch to seed-only mode. The download rate limiter has had a history of being very unreliable (often causing upload rates to drop as well).
jewelisheaven
You can set up UT for seed-only mode in the Scheduler.. it only uploads the data you have after finishing the current pieces... Perhaps if you're trying to keep a consistent ratio you want to limit your download proportionally to your upload by default?
