Whenever the program is restored from the system tray, it allocates 2 more GDI objects, that are NOT released again, when the window is minimized back to the system tray. In fact, just swithing between any states of minimized, maximized and normal window will leak 2 GDI objects. There are even more cases that I haven't identified yet.I don't know what kind of GDI objects they are, if I get the time to find out, I will post additional info. jewelisheaven Posted March 6, 2008 Report Share Posted March 6, 2008 I don't know the specifics but 1.8 has resolved all leaks from 1.7, including the inexplicable bloat to 1200 objects over a week's time with no usage. I'd bet this also includes the fix for this.
