Sorry, but as always I have a Speed problem

Not much backstory here, I just have never been able to download torrents at a steady rate, and my download speed and upload speed have never been able to go above 20 kbs.

DSL reports says i'm getting

1353 - Down

250 - Up

I'm using a linksys wireless router, but i'm plugged into it

and my modem is a decently new speedlink.

I hope someone can help, i've been trying to get my torrent speeds up for almost a year now, but none of my friends know what's wrong.

Thank you, i've been trying to access the 192.168.1.1, but for some reason I can't seem to get it to work. I downloaded the first file, but I can't figure out what to do with the .bin file. I tried using WinISO to open the file, but it didn't work. Should I be using Nero or Alcohol 120 for this? Thanks for the link though.

Start -> run -> cmd /k ipconfig

F:\>ipconfig

Windows IP Configuration

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.2
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1

Default Gateway is the router's IP address, and what you need to put into your browser. Also, whoever configured it may have disabled wireless access to the web interface (but this isn't likely since it's your router)
