I've managed to download a couple of videos and do not know how to play them back.One video is in a bunch of little files. If you paid anything, then dispute the charge with your credit card company or something.Ask for support wherever you got the .torrent file from. You should get the user manual (linked above in Ultima's sig, below in my sig, or on the Guides page) as it will familiarize yourself with the interface.
