Cruise
Basically, the torrent task is not being renamed to the custom directory name specified by me when the torrent is initially added. It reverts to the default label specified by the torrent. However, the files are being downloaded to my custom directory name... the task label does not reflect the directory name though, and it's driving me nuts. What's going on?Edit:I realize I can push F2 over the torrent label to rename it, but isn't it supposed to be automatic when the torrent is first added? Ultima
You're expecting it to do something that it was never designed to do, so the answer to your question is "no." µTorrent uses the name recommended in the .torrent metadata as the default torrent job name -- not the directory selected. jewelisheaven
Label refers to the label you give the torrent on-add for ex MUSIC . You're talking about the caption (if you enjoy mucking with resume.dat).
Cruise
Oh hm, any chance this might see the light as a future feature?
jewelisheaven
You use the Append torrent's label option found in Preferences. There is no "custom" naming when doing anything "automatically". You can save to the "default folder", save to the "default folder\label" or a custom folder when adding through RSS.
