jewelisheaven
Even on OpenOffice torrents or Slackware torrents?I'd try running your uT with Ctrl-P -> BitTorrent -> FORCED encryption and dis-allow legacy connections. Sounds like traffic shaping gets implemented due to your ISP (or its peers) wanting to keep their network flowing well.

raginginsideme2
I am running into the same situation but your solution does not seem to work, any other ideas?
jewelisheaven
ISP interference cannot be helped. There has been some success with people using uTorrent 1.8The beta for it can be found in the Announcements forum. If you feel uncomfortable using beta software you can always try it out on a single torrent while running uT self-contained.
