contactadam2002
I am on Bulldog Broadband, my speed is approximately 4Mb and all of my utorrent settings are set correctly and I normally get a fairly modest download speed. I have never been able to connect to any trackers and I'm certain that this probably limits my potential speed. I've tried using bitcomet, port forwarding, fiddling with other router options, tried other computers in the house, deactivated firewall but no effect. On top of offering solutions I was also wondering if anyone could confirm whether it's bulldog that prevent this and if using an anonymous program such as tor would help improve speeds, but more importantly allow me to connect with trackers. 2good2b
you could try Hotspot Shield - they don't block access to trackers. But you should force encryption in utorrent while testing!
Switeck
Your upload is only about 512 kilobits/sec, right? So using xx/512k or lower in Speed Guide (CTRL+G)...or equivalent?
