appaz
Okay, did a quick search on the forums, found nothing like my problem. Tried everything in the guide. Port is properly forwarded, all firewalls are turned off, my ISP is not on the list, DOWNLOADING is fine at high speeds. And yet I cant upload anything (including slackware), no peers can connect to me. I need help ASAP.Thanks in advance.
jewelisheaven
I'd use http://www.canyouseeme.org and http://www.utorrent.com/testport.php?port=YOURPORTNUMBER and https://www.grc.com/x/portprobe=YOURPORTNUMBER to test open ports. Be sure 1) your port is open and 2) you're showing the same external IP. It's possible you're behind a transparent proxy.
appaz
Okay, port 80 is not open, but I'm not using a router. What do I do?
jewelisheaven
That's not uncommon... Try another port in the 5-figure range. Did all the testers show the same external IP?Also if you start->run->cmd /k ipconfig is your IP 192.168.x.x 172.16.x.x or 10.x.x.x ?
