Changing upload and download limits...

I'm new to the forums, but I'd like to know if it is possible to change the upload and download speeds on the fly.

For instance, I play multiplayer games online, and would like to be able to let uTorrent know to drop my upload speed and sometimes my download speed to a set level so that the game works online at a reasonable speed. Are there any command line switches that I could use, even when uT is already running?

Thank you for any help, even though I suspect I may have to write a program that sends keypresses to uT.
