Uninstall SP3?

It is likely after updating windows you need to reconfigure all applicable rules you made previously, in addition to changing half-open non-default values.

The "tick" is unrelated to DHT.

Thanks i have uninstalled sp3 and the dht shows a tick again

But can u look into problem as sp3 is coming out soon.
