Hello Guys i tried anything here and now i think i got a perfect config for my uTorrent.It will now start:

Port is 52684

Global max upload 35

Global max down 364

Global max of numbers of connect 384

Max nr of connection per torrent 150

Number of slots 4

max number of active torrents 6

max nr of down. 6

net.maxhalf_open 40

enable connect speed 500

diskio write queue size 8000

i have Windows XP pro SP 1 1Gb Ram and 1,5Gh

I wouldn't use these settings.

150 connections per torrent is about 80 too many (the official client from bittorrent.com caps at 55 connections)

max number of active torrents 6

max nr of down. 6

This isn't kazaa. Having multiple torrents open at a time splits your conneciton simultaneously. Focus on one downloading and one uploading.
