File won't download or delete

The file appears to download. When stopped and a recheck is done, utorrent crashes (only with this one file). When program is reopened the file is showing it's previous percentage and what was downloaded disappears. Also the file can not be deleted. ANyone else ever had this happen.

For some reason the log files are not showing all the info for the scan - might be a vista thing.

Did solve the problem though - found the process - shut it down and was able fo finally delete the file. The reason it kept reverting to the previous torrent % was it was "leaking" the file onto my hard drive. It was a 120mb file according to the torrent but once deleted it had actually taken several gb of space. Interesting.
