Its named "Windows - No disc" and says "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b4bf9c 4 75b4bf9c 75b4bf9c". It wants me to abort, retry or continue. Doesnt work to click any of those, I have to press ctrl+alt+delete and terminate utorrent.exe process to get the message away. Anyone know what this is or how to fix it? jewelisheaven Posted April 2, 2008 Report Share Posted April 2, 2008 OK, if you right click on the shortcut and go to properties there is a place for "command line" which is what I'm after.How long has this been happening? Is there a possibility your utorrent.exe has been corrupted? You can always try downloading uT again from http://utorrent.com/download.php and saying "no" to install" and see if uT loads up that way.Also now would be a good time to check out Process Explorer and make a DLL list for the utorrent.exe which will not run. The procedure is near the bottom of How-To for Troubleshooting and be sure the popup window is still up when you try and save the log. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Basically you go to http://sysinternals.com , download Process Explorer, open procexp.exe, Ctrl-D, click utorrent.exe, Ctrl-A, and coy-paste the logfile into a post below. jewelisheaven Posted April 3, 2008 Report Share Posted April 3, 2008 You didn't have uTorrent.exe selected Regardless, you have Zone Alarm and Nero Scout installed/running A DLL list will likely confirm ZoneAlarm is injected, and Nero Scout (the indexer you see) regularly causes access denied issues.Can you try running uT without zone alarm INSTALLED?? I also don't recognize sp_rsser.exe 2060 Spyware Terminator Realtime Shield Service Crawler.com but if you know why you have it perhaps you can cut down on the realtime scanners?
