kookie_krumz
Hi,Recently I've noticed that whenever I dl a new torrent, and then I turn off my computer for the night, then the next day when I start it up again, the torrents are always rechecking? Sorry if I'm not clear, but I mean like the status says "Checked 10.4%", "Checked 34.4%", etc.. Sometimes this also happens when I simply stop the torrent, then start it again too. Is this suppose to happen every time? I've used other Bittorrent clients before, and I've never really noticed anything until now. Does it make a difference that these files are over 1GB? I apologize if my question is dumb, and I already tried searching but nothing really came up. Thanks in advance for any help.
GTHK
For the checking at startup, try setting bt.graceful_shutdown, for the happening when you simply stop-start a torrent, I don't know. Be aware that graceful shutdown will delay µT when trying to close it, but if the problem is the files aren't done saving and so it re-checks, this'll probably fix it.
