amlife
Hello I have my utorrent running on my home server, I have a "Router" + "Modem" I have to config my router to open ports used by utorrent and I have to open my admin menu in my modem to open the same used ports as my modem acts like a firewall too .. however .. it is easy .. but it takes time .. I don't like to spend time on administration I like to have smooth and ready.. I used to write script to perform tasks like takes backup and restart computer every night and run virus scan all in script file.no idea how to keep utorrent to use the same ports .Thanks indeed .. jewelisheaven
Is the option Ctrl-P -> Connection -> "Randomize port each start" ticked? If so you don't need it. When you manually forward one port is plenty Additionally while you're there you can untick UPnP and NAT-PMP also as you're forwarding.
