Daqar
Heya,I'm new to these forums.Everytime I start uTorrent it takes up 100% cpu power. I looked through the FAQ and as far as I can tell it seems to be the 'Avast' problem. Something with a P2P shield. Unfortunately I don't know how to deal with this in my Bullguard software and I don't really feel like turning it off while uTorrent is running. This other problem might be related. In fact I think it is. But its VERY FREAKY!As soon as uTorrent starts running, the cpu usage goes up and my onboard realtek hd audio soundcard starts telling me that jack-plugs are being disconnected and connected again afterwards. This problem stops as soon as utorrent stops...I hope some of you guys can help me out here. At least to understand whats going on.Daqar
Firon
Just try removing your AV and see. If it's the cause, there ARE many other AV apps that work well.
