vedmedik Posted April 5, 2008 Report Share Posted April 5, 2008 Why utorrent 1.7.1 and higher limits my UL rate automatically?I DON'T WANT THIS - HOW TURN IT OFF?PS After couple of minutes on UL speed appears limit - but I changed it before to 'Unlimited'.With DL speed no such problem.
