schnurlos
Limiting upload speed to less than 6 kB/s will limit your download too.

jewelisheaven
Show a picture or explain it differently. Your download is ultimately limited by your linespeed and any countermeasures your ISP puts on it.Have you tested http://slackware.com/torrents/ and followed http://utorrent.com/setup_guide.php
Shokarta
for example... i tried to let download just 1 torrent... download speed was liek 35KB/s amnd upload was like 65KB/s.... then i tried to low upload speed limit to 10KB/s and when i apply that then download reduced as well on like 15-22KB/s
jewelisheaven
The slower you upload to peers the slower they usually upload to you.... If you are limiting a torrent to 10 KiBps, be sure you are using 3 or less upload slots.
