jewelisheaven
With an IP of 10.x.x.x you're not actually connecting to the internet on that IP. You're likely being passed through by a proxy. You can use http://www.canyouseeme.org and http://www.utorrent.com/testport.php?port=39019 and https://www.grc.com/x/portprobe=39019 to test open ports as well as see if they see you behind a different internet IP. jewelisheaven
No. As you are on a cellular network, and those IPs still show you as 10.x.x.x user, you're on a permanently NAT'd connection. You cannot forward through that type of setup. You will need to configure your uT for your connection speed. That may be tricky if your ISP has flagged you for excessive bandwidth yes, as your speeds will be compromised and lower than they are usually. However that would suffice for configuring uT, and you will rely like so many others in the same situation to connect to other unfirewalled peers :/ It may hurt you when trying to download niche content however for popular public content you shouldn't notice much downloading speed difference versus being able to forward your port.
