Internet in general slowly when utorrent is on

When I run utorrent, my browser starts loading very slow. If I download at full speed I could understand that but it happens even if I'm only down/upload some kb/s. I've been using utorrent for a couple of years and it has worked great for most of the time but I remember this happened before but I don't know how I solved it. But this time the problem is on both mine and my brothers computer, connected via a router. The ports are open on both computers, I have done the port forwarding on both comps. The windows firewall is closed on both comps and the software firewalls has not blocked the program. There is no problem getting high speed in utorrent, it's just that web pages loads forever even if I'm hardly downloading.

As I said, it doesn't matter if I set the down/upload limit as low as 10 kb/s, it still makes my browser load slowly

jewelisheaven, just read it now, I have all the right settings. Mostly on that guide was on utorrent being slow, my problem is that utorrent makes my internet slow, whether I download or not.

....so Have you disabled DHT? What about UPnP? What are your current speed guide settings? If you don't provide any FEEDBACK what you've tried this is going to be like pulling teeth.
