krepperk Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 HiI have recently installed win xp x64 pro and since then I haven´t been able to open a port in utorrent. I´m not using a router and even after I uninstalled my firewall (comodo) the port will not open. I have tried disabeling the windows firewall too but still the port is closed. As soon as I start utorrent I also get a warning in the system event viewer saying "TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts." Event ID: 4226.
