Deathegg
Yesterday, I guess my computer overloaded or was overheated and it self rebooted, and when it restarted, Windows prompted that the computer had just recovered from a serious error. However, the speeds of the torrents that I was downloading dropped significantly, from about 300kB/s (before the error) to 10kB/s - 40kB/s (even now).Anyone encountered such problems or has any idea how to resolve it?Thanks. Deathegg
Just tested, the download is healthy, reaching almost my max speed.Btw between the crash and recovery, it was less than 5 mins yet how did the torrents that I am downloading become so slow?Could it be something being corrupted in the existing torrents? Thanks in advance. jewelisheaven
It takes time from re-starting a torrent to get good peers again. Especially on highly oversaturated torrents with > 10:1 peer to seed ratios. As long as you're putting out consistent upload per peer you will get those fast peers again. Deathegg
Thanks for the advices. Just that my newer torrents are running fast but those that were there before the crash are still sluggish.
