How to transfer uTorrent active torrents/files to another installation

Hi i've just installed Vista on another partition on my PC and it's now my main windows system.

I'm at 60% on a large (and slow thanks to my isp) file with the uTorrent client that's on my XP partition.

The file being downloaded is on a third partition accessible to both Vista and XP

Is there a way to transfer the torrents (and the partially downloaded files) from one uTorrent client to another ?

Thanks

If you want to copy everything http://utorrent.com/faq.php#Where_are_the_settings_and_.torrent_files_stored.3F to the Vista partition keeping in mind you'll likely need to change some of the pathing in the resume.dat if all volume drive letters aren't the same. Ultima's Bencoded File Editor can do that easily.

If you just want to transfer the one torrent file, open up a utorrent.exe while in Vista, Ctrl-D add the torrent file, path to the current data on your drive, right click -> force recheck, START :)
