ljhsquall
My connection have a low bandwidth for upload so normally my upload is set to 10-15kb/s. But utorrent seems to ignore this, the upload always shoots to 20 - 30 or even higher, which is more than what my total upload bandwidth is. Thus, I am often having problem surfing, gaming and all those my upload will suddenly go so high. What can I do to fix this?
GTHK
Have you tried disabling DHT and LPD? Read this guide completely. Like Switeck said, transferring data isn't exactly stable, but disabling DHT/LPD might stabilize it, though the variations you gave seem.. unusual, as far as I know anyway. In any event, try that guide.
Switeck
Each connection has a minimum bandwidth use just to STAY connected.Just lowering uTorrent's set upload max doesn't mean uTorrent can keep the overhead costs (for all those connections) below that amount.DHT also costs bandwidth, possibly above and beyond the upload/download speed limits you gave for torrent files.
