6512
I am downloading Call Of Duty 4 Modern Warfare and it is on 98.3%. Whenever I start the download 2 or 3 minutes later the download stops and says "Error: The requested operation could not be completed due to a file system limitation:. How would i fix this? Firon
Go to Advanced, turn off diskio.sparse_files. Then make a copy of these files somewhere, delete the originals, and copy the files back. It's a nasty Vista bug. This is the only way to work around it. 6512
copy all the files or only the single disko file
jewelisheaven
When the files are created sparse the ONLY way to make this problem go away is to copy the WHOLE folder somewhere else. Then delete the original and MOVE the copy, OR use right click, advanced, set download location to repath the data to the new location.

jewelisheaven
?! With the torrent as ERROR in uT, it's not trying to access those files. You may need to get Process Explorer from http://sysinternals.com , use Find (Ctrl-F) to see what is opening it, and then killing that process OR using the UI to jump to that process and kill the handle (should be DEL like everywhere else) for that process ONLY. Firon
You might need to reboot to be able to copy it. If all else fails, you'll have to delete it.
