NIK111 Posted April 16, 2008 Report Share Posted April 16, 2008 Hi.Could someone help me with the best settings for download and upload speed.I live in London,Ont,and have bell sympatico high speed dsl.When I go to Speedtest.net it showes my download speed is 4936 kb/s,and upload speed is 505 kb/s.Any help will be greatly appreciated for I am new to useing UTorrent and downloading torrent files.Thanks. Then pick up one of the torrents http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/ and run it for 1-3 minutes. You should see download speeds ~450 on a good day. This is as long as you're not testing during one of the shaped periods. You may also want to check the AUP/FUP for "free times" or "unlimited/unmetered time" where you're not being shaped.
