Alimas Posted April 17, 2008 Report Share Posted April 17, 2008 uTorrent doesn't apply my configuration changes (seeding rules, folder changes, etc.)BUT it did apply my very first initial setup configuration (network speed and port).However, even after restarting the application, I can go into the options window and find my settings there, as I had changed them, but the rest of the application acts as though they weren't made.I am using Windows XP Pro 64-bit.Any ideas, please?
