I want to move a torrent from another BT client to UT

I started DLing a file with frostwire and I want to move it to UTorrent. How can I do this?

One file is all the way done and the other is 87% done. Is there any way to move both DLs to Utorrent? I at least need to move the one thats done so it can seed.
