snipingyoudown
Hi, I use utorrent from home and it works great, but office network has such high bandwidth that I am lured to do it in office, however i think utorrent is blocked. There is as such no proxy to be used for http, so i tried using utorrent webui as well, but that also doesnot work. Any ideas guys????? Is it even possible to download torrents through http ????? KSUdvm2b
I just managed to get mine working on my school's network (I too was lured by the higher bandwidth). Assuming your office is blocking connections to trackers like my school is, you need to modify your header outputs. Here is the link describing what needs to be done:http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/399896I couldn't get PAW to work properly, so I tried Proxomitron and it works. I'm running Vista SP1, so you might have more luck with PAW than me.
