jewelisheaven
http://utorrent.com/setup_guide.phpTesting incoming connection status and speed with http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/ takes only 1-3 minutes. Be sure you have your UPLOAD limit set to Ctr-G (Speed Guide) for your linespeed.

jewelisheaven
You only have 1 KiBps UPLOAD?!? The speedtest MUST be when no other traffic is going in or out on the connection.

GTHK
If that's accurate, try 1Mbit in the speed guide (Ctrl+G).

Switeck
My guess is OpenOffice test torrents either are getting around very severe BitTorrent throttling by your ISP...or you've got some severe malware on your computer glitching up uTorrent on most torrents.
