Help file keeps showing up as HTML format and displays errors

Hi,

I downloaded the help file, which I would've expected to see in something like a word document format.

However, when I open this zipped file up, I get an HTML-type window that is similar in design to a Windows HTML Help File screen. No matter what entry I click on the left side of the screen, I get "The address is not valid" errors. Is there some sort of trick to opening up the help file? It is a bit annoying to go through all the steps of downloading a file to learn about the advanced settings, especially after being told "read the FAQ" over and over, only to get a file that produces nothing but errors and confusing references to web links/pages.

How do I fix this problem, or better yet, download an intact document that I can print out?

It's not similar in design to a "Windows HTML Help File screen" -- it is a HTML Help file. Are you downloading the file via Internet Explorer? If so, then don't -- use another browser. If not, then after you extract the file, check the properties and make sure the CHM file is unblocked.

Hm, frankly, I don't feel like the manual is "well-optimized" for print, since there are some vague details in it that require hyperlinks that (obviously) won't work well on print :P I think I'll need look over the manual again to make some of the anchor names more descriptive...
