jewelisheaven
Uhm what's the "Status" column say? Queued or Seeding means it's started. Finished means you stopped it either manually or through Ctrl-P -> Queueing options.
scodooble
It says Seeding, what does that mean?
jewelisheaven
Seeding means it's working. If you're seeding but not uploading, that's why it shows under "Inactive" category. You should check out the uT Manual http://utorrent.com/guides.php click the first link

jewelisheaven
Hmm...Don't use Internet Explorer? It's a HTML file as a CHM, meaning it needs the hh.exe to run. Maybe you need administrator access? Try Run as... ?The current file is listed for v1.7.2 (build 3458) and is 169 KB (173,442 bytes) when unpacked. Ultima
It's Windows being retarded. Extract the CHM file, check its properties, and unblock it.
