jibba
Sorry for advertising, but I just want to ask if µtorrent could continue BitLord downloads because BL spends lots of memory and then slows down my computer.
rafi
Actually - I would suggest to replace BitLord with BitComet and retry. This is the non-commercial version of the same software. To your question - assuming you have all downloading files ending with *.BC!-1. exit BitLord/BitComet2. rename the downloading files - by deleting the ."BC!"3. run uTorrent and define in it the same torrent and DL directories 4. re-open with uT all the those files' torrents. 5. it should locate the partial downloads and hash/check them. If not do - "Re-check"6. start the files' downloadGood luck, and let us know which one has better speed...
jibba
Well there's no remarkable difference. But just one more newbie question. Does UPnP speed up my downloads? So should I keep it on?
Firon
UPnP sucks. You should forward the port manually to avoid all the potential problems with UPnP.
jibba
Ok thanks for help.Today I noticed that it takes longer to get connected to all seeds with µtorrent.
chaosblade
Its a very rare situation in BitTorrent if you connect to ALL seeds in a swarm. Maybe if its a really small one.
