A few Questions from a Newbie

Thanks for reading this...First of all, all my currently downloading torrents arrows turned red. Whats up with that? Also, I tried to add a torrent to the download list, but it started with a red arrow,and wont download. Am I limited to a number of torrents? I have green light at the bottom, and port is forwarded and working. Confused
