no down speed ?

im at 99.7% and the down speed is 0 and the up speed is 42+%. i left it running over night and when i checked in the morning it is still 99.7%. i think its because of the down speed but im not 100% sure.

You can only have as much of the data as others do. Are there any seeds? If no, what does Availability say in General tab? It's likely .997, which means you can't download anymore until someone else comes on (probably a seed). You should go to where you got the torrent from and see if there's a request reseed option or if not make a comment about it. If available you could also try to contact the uploader.

i went back to the site and it said "share ratio: 0 seeds, 59 leechers." what does that mean?

Like I said before, no seed. The tracker is reporting there are 59 peers currently, you're one of them... presumably they're all @ 99.7%. You can check this yourself if you go to the Peers tab, and see the % column.

You will have to add a comment, contact the uploader, request a reseed, or just hang on the torrent until a seed comes on. Is the file a new upload? If so it's possible the seed disconnected. Like I mentioned though it's possible it's not the stuff you're looking for, so you should see if you can take a look at whatever it is before wasting anymore time on it. If you think it's legit what you can do is FORCE-START it and set the upload to a manageable level (so it doesn't runaway with your upload speed should more peers join and connect to you)... Alternatively you can STOP it and start it again every once-in-a-while or when you see Seeds > 0 in the main torrent pane.
